Preview data handling

Local-only means exactly that.

The current PullPro prototype has no backend. Workspace information stays in one browser profile and is not transmitted to a PullPro server.

Current as of August 3, 2026
Current architecture

No accounts, server database, synchronization, or cloud backup.

PullPro currently stores its workspace in browser storage. This is appropriate for fictional demonstrations and local product testing—not sensitive or production project information.

What happens today

Information stays with the browser profile.

  • The workspace persists on the current browser profile
  • Closing and reopening the browser can retain the workspace
  • RFQ delivery is handed to the user’s email application
  • Clearing the site’s browser data removes the stored workspace
What is not provided

No enterprise data protections should be inferred.

  • No identity or access-management system
  • No company or user separation
  • No permissions, audit log, or administrator controls
  • No server backup, recovery, or retention policy
  • No cross-device or colleague synchronization
  • No published security or compliance certification
Shared-browser risk

Anyone using the same browser profile may see the workspace.

A colleague on another machine will not receive the data, but another person with access to the same browser profile may be able to open it. Browser storage is not a substitute for authenticated company access.

Recommended preview use

Use fictional, anonymized, or non-sensitive information only.

Do not enter customer records, pricing, project drawings, personal information, confidential quotes, credentials, or production procurement data into the current prototype.

Future requirements

Enterprise deployment requires a different architecture.

Accounts, tenant separation, authentication, encryption, backups, audit history, retention controls, and a documented security program belong to the future cloud product. PullPro does not claim those protections today.
